We are a growing eCommerce small business based in Brandon, FL that services various online market channels.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and multifaceted individual to fill an Office Assistant position. The qualified candidate must be hard-working with a positive attitude, be highly organized, and possess multitasking abilities, in addition to the required skills.
RESPONSIBILITY
Provide administrative support and assistance in business management
Coordinate business routines and assist in developing efficient procedures
Responsible for taking quality professional product photographs for eBay and other marketplaces
Responsible for inventory updates, product tracking, and stock management
Responsible for customer care and first-class customer support
Assist in maintaining a clean and conducive working environment
Assist with overflow, special projects, and other day-to-day tasks
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Expert-level knowledge in taking product photos for e-commerce on a white background
Knowledge of selling on eBay, Amazon other popular internet marketplaces
Must be a fast learner, with familiarity in internet research and marketing
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, and other Office suite applications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work both independently and team member
Must be highly organized, can multitask, and manage priorities effectively
Enjoy working in a small-business environment
Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Work environment: Office / Warehouse (no walk-in customers)
