Position Title: Licensed Optician / Sales Lead / Manager
Location: Tampa
Starting Pay: $26- $31.50/hr.
Schedule: 40 hours, 8-hour shifts
About the Role:
As a Licensed Optician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales by offering expert optical knowledge and personalized service. You will assist customers in eyewear selection, conduct fittings and adjustments, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales and productivity goals through excellent customer service.
Provide optical services including frame fitting, measurements, and repairs.
Share knowledge of products, styles, and optical terminology with customers.
Maintain store appearance and adhere to safety protocols.
Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures.
Foster a learning environment and collaborate with the team to improve operations.

Proven experience in retail sales and optical dispensing.
Must have ABO-certification and state optician licensure (where required).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasional heavier lifting.
Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
