Join our dynamic team as an Front Desk Admin based in our Tampa Office. Working on a schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. At RRA, we believe in more than just seizing vehicles; we seize opportunities.

As part of the team, here’s what's expected from you:

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, file maintenance, correspondence handling, customer support.

Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments.

Communication:

Act as a point of contact between clients, field agents, internal team members, and customers.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including client information, repossession files, and office inventory.

Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for management.

Coordination:

Coordinate logistics for repossession operations, including the scheduling of field agents and vehicle transport.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow within the office.

Office Management:

Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a tidy workspace.

Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures.

What you NEED to have:

Experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is a plus.

Proficient in office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Keen attention to detail, independent decision-making, multi-tasking, proactive self-starter with high initiative.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
