Role Description
This is a on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Tampa, FL. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for the day-to-day leasing operations including lease administration, resident retention, communication, and customer service. Must be knowledgeable in the South Tampa market, self-starter, positive attitude, creative at marketing and upbeat. Rare opportunity to live/work/thrive in the best area of Tampa! Qualifications
Leases administration and resident retention skills
Strong communication skills
Customer service experience
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Prior experience in leasing or property management is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
