MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED - Hiring IMMEDIATELY!

Seeking a full time EXPERIENCED and SKILLED Maintenance Technician for daily repair(s) and maintenance of Single-Family Homes and Commercial Properties in the Tampa Bay area. Our ideal candidate works independently and is able to manage themselves while completing a wide variety of maintenance tasks.
This is a FULL TIME independently responsible position, NOT a supervisor position that manages a team.
Responsibilities
Daily contact with office to determine schedule for the day.
Travel to appointments and interact with tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
Complete and submit work orders in the required time frames (time management).
Diagnose and maintain homes and commercial buildings by performing a wide variety of repairs.
Complete detail inspections of vacant homes and prepared units for future occupancy.
Manage, maintain and oversee inventory.
Regularly maintain tools & equipment to ensure they are operational when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned or necessary
Requirements
Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS.
MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a maintenance technician
Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs & work in a variety of weather conditions
Must be available Monday – Friday (after hours/weekends IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCIES ONLY)
Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good understanding and knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Appliance repairs
Extensive knowledge of general maintenance repairs
Electrical repairs (fixtures, sockets, breakers, etc)
Plumbing repairs (Toilets, clogs, replacing pipes & sewer lines, etc)
Appliance repairs
HVAC Repairs
General maintenance repairs, CARPENTRY, Painting, Drywall, etc
Thorough in completing repairs with attention to detail
Basic computer skills with the ability to use email and smart phones
Must be Organized
Preferred but not required
Bilingual – speak Spanish
High School Diploma
Live in Hillsborough County
