ADMISSION JOB DESCRIPTION
o You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective
student recruitment strategies for all schools under our management
to attract and enroll students throughout the year
o You will lead a team of Recruitment Managers and school-based
recruitment teams, manage marketing initiatives for student
recruitment, and play a vital role in analyzing and strategizing new
campus enrollment
o You will train and develop school staff and recruitment teams to have
effective recruitment conversations in the field and over the phone at
our campuses
Goals metrics:
o 100% enrollment by first day of school (FDOS)
o 3:1 application collection ratio for new seats
o Application conversion 33%+
o Marketing lead conversion (33% or higher)
o Customer service "secret shopper" score of 85% neutral or greater
responses
Responsibilities
o Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to attract and enroll
students across all programs
o Track leads and maintains recruitment analytics of recruitment
efforts.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
and initiatives for attracting and qualified students.
o Analyze enrollment data for new program openings and develop
strategic plans to ensure successful enrollment and optimal utilization
of resources.
o Streamline registration processes and create a welcoming admission
experience for new students providing them with necessary
information and support.
o Support external affairs initiatives, such as developing and
maintaining partnerships with community organizations and local
businesses.
o Provide recruitment support for new site openings, including
coordinating marketing efforts and community outreach.

Qualifications
o Associate degree in marketing, Business Administration, Education, or
a related field
o Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
o At least 4+ years in recruitment preferably in a school setting
Knowledge and Skills
o Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to
inspire and guide a diverse team of recruitment
o Knowledge of student lottery management processes and enrollment
regulations is a plus.
o Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the
ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Other Requirements:
o Valid Florida Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle for transportation
o Ability to travel 40%-60% of the time, as required (mileage and travel
reimbursement are provided)
