Job Summary
The Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and facilitating the production process within a manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that production schedules are met, materials are ordered, and job instructions verified.
Duties
Coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely completion of manufacturing goals.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and components, placing orders as necessary to maintain workflow.
Collaborate with team members to make sure the production team has all the information needed to proceed with jobs.
Maintain an organized and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process.
Submit quotes and source material for jobs as needed.
Skills
Experience with Manufacturing in Process (Job Traveler) Software.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Great communication skills when calling customers and vendors.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
