Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our construction business. The ideal candidate will oversee daily administrative operations, ensure smooth workflow, and support management in office and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document organization.
Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking using [Software: QuickBooks, Excel, etc.].
Support HR functions such as payroll processing, hiring coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain records for permits, licenses, and compliance with industry regulations.
Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and managing communication between teams.
Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships.
Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience in office management, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and project management software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience handling contracts, permits, and compliance documentation is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
