Due to rapid growth, medical imaging equipment provider, Integrated Imaging Inc, is seeking a customer-focused individual with strong bookkeeping and SalesForce experience. The office manager will be responsible for providing support to our management, service, and sales teams from our Largo headquarters.
Essential Functions:
Primary person responsible for managing phone calls
Manage scheduling of service requests
Source and purchase parts
Provide administrative support to president
Bookkeeping, collection calls, bank deposits
Maintain records in SalesForce
Contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance
Coordinate with trucking companies for inbound/outbound freight
Proficient with windows-based computers
Custodial duties
Requirements, Character Traits, and Experience:
Reliable transportation - to arrive to work on time every day and drive deposits to bank
Communications - positive, problem-solving attitude when dealing with others. Good verbal and written communication skills, utilizing phone, Google email, Google calendar, and SalesForce.
Time management and organizational skills - manages workflow with a sense of urgency, keeping track of tasks that need follow-up
Analytical - excels at decision making, with aptitude for recommending appropriate solutions to management
Quickbooks - demonstrated work history producing purchase orders, customer invoicing, and applying accounts receivable
SalesForce - maintain database records, enter workorders, pull reports
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years administrative experience
2 years QuickBooks experience
2 years SalesForce experience
