A local septic company is looking for a full-time office assistant with excellent customer service skills and computer skills.
Job duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, scheduling deliveries, invoicing/credit memos, processing payments, following up on quotes and requests.
Our office is busy with phones and emails, being able to multi task is important. Must be able to work independently and take ownership of your work. Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and QuickBooks is preferred.
