Office Admin
This is a full time and long-term position. We are looking for a well-rounded office admin that is pleasant on the phone, upbeat, reliable, trustworthy, efficient, detail oriented and a team player. The candidate will manage our pre-construction process, this includes but is not limited to generating NTO's, applying for construction permits, proof reading proposals and bids, billing, AP, and managing vendors.
Starting pay will depend on experience, with a performance assessment after 90 days, and a pay increase (if applicable).
A good candidate must be strong in Quickbooks. A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, excellent customer service, attention to detail, payroll, A/P, A/R, and filing.
