We are looking to hire an Accounting Assistant to work directly with the Accountant.

Job Requirements
- Experience in data entry of purchase orders, accounts payable and accounts receivable with an understanding of job costing; at least 3 years required.
- Answer main phone lines.
- Filing and record keeping.
- Pulling permits and maintaining municipality licenses.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Punctuality, organized, dependable, and reliable a must.
- Attention to detail.
- Construction experience a HUGE plus; air conditioning construction experience is even better!
- Bilingual a HUGE plus.
- Friendly, upbeat personality with great phone voice and etiquette.
- Productive and efficient.
- Steadfast under high pressure moments.
- Self-motivated.
