Currently seeking an administrativeassistant for owner of several businesses including sports, publishing, podcast, coffee shop and others. Responsibilities include but are not limited to helping oversee businesses and necessary duties of each business including collections, distribution of media kits, to shopping for coffee shop to retrieving emails of prospective buyers and advertisers and getting guests for podcast. This is NOT a sales job but you will be asked to call and retrievecontacts and emails of said prospectiveadvertisers and sports buyers. In other words, you will be doing everything the business ownerdoeswith the exception of selling and making coffee but not for him but for customers. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm working from our coffee shop in IndianRocks Beach. Yes, you will even be making lattes. Compensation is $500 a week plus quarterly salary raises and bonuses. Expected first year salary around $52K. This is for the person who puts their work first and everything else second. I am not looking for a secretary or someone who is looking at the clock to go home but instead someone who is very motivated and driven and wants to grow with the business.
