We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk/Sales Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about their stay.
-Manage check-in and check-out procedures, invoicing and warranty registration; ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
-Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
-Process payments using a cash register and maintain accurate records of transactions.
-Promote special offers and upsell services to enhance guest experiences.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming for guests.
-Resolve guest complaints or issues effectively while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Skills:
-Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests over the phone.
-Proficient in cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
-Experience with Google Email & Calendar, Microsoft Word & Excel, Quickbooks, etc.
-Ability to promote upselling opportunities during guest interactions.
-Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to guests and team members.
-Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
