Bay Tile Kitchen and Bath is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and responsible individual for available bookkeeping and other offices functions.
Minimum of 2-3 year's of experience in bookkeeping and quickbooks and must have strong focus on reconciliation processes
Experience with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Review and verify invoices, receipts and other information.
Data entry
Assist in recordkeeping and documentation as needed.
Process inventory.
Perform offices duties.
Prepare billing statements and send them to customers via mail or email.
Respond to customer inquiries about billing statements.
