Pool Construction office seeking to IMMEDIATELY hire for a Long-Term position. Training available to motivated and organized individual. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULER to assistant with our day-to-day operations. Works in coordination with project managers, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure a positive experience for our customers and ensures expeditious and thorough handling of any issues or problems that may arise.
Oversees coordination of construction jobs in progress from start to finish
Assigns projects to sub-contractors in an expeditious and efficient manner
Must be computer literate with ability to efficiently and accurately enter data into the computer.
Ensures required documentation is received for each job’s progress and completion- update in CRM daily.
Ordering of supplies and materials and ensure delivery/receipt in timely fashion. Resolves vendor issues regarding
delivery timelines.
Assists Operations/Accounting with verification of job completion and approval of sub-contractor labor bills
Must have ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task.
Must be able to work successfully under time constraints; pressure.
Must be able to deal with changes/delays/unexpected events in a positive, adaptable manner.
Must maintain a positive, friendly attitude.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Must have the ability to represent Premier Pools & Spas in a professional manner with customers, vendors, and
staff.
