Looking to fill full time position for a Administration Assistant
Required Qualifications: Office Experience a must, ability to answer phones in a pleasant manner. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and multi tasking, must be RELIABLE. We are a General Contactor, experience in construction office a plus. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to getting quotes from Sub-Contactors, coordinating and scheduling Sub-Contracts.
