Job Requirements:
Administrative Assistance
Experience and the ability to use QuickBooks with ease.
Greet customer calls and properly direct them to the correct department managers.
Work with deposits, receipts, filing, and collections
Certified Notary
Service Assistance
Work with the Service Manager to create monitoring contracts.
Ability to use Excel spreadsheets to document and monitor account reports.
Knowledge and the ability to use Google Calendar to track service appointment progressions, completions, and final invoicing
Construction Assistance
Creation of new job folders.
Creation of monitoring folders.
Processing material returns.
Job-specific training to be given on the particulars regarding the three categories but the basic “know-how” is needed for training to be successful and for the position to be fulfilled to expectations.
