We are an established, family-owned gutter company proudly serving the Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida areas for over 30 years. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team.
Position Overview:
The primary responsibilities for this role includes answering phones, data entry, and assisting with general administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and has a positive attitude. Prior office experience is helpful, but not required — we are happy to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls professionally
Scheduling estimates
Perform data entry and maintain customer records
Support general office functions including filing, scanning, and emailing
Provide additional administrative support as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Willing to learn and take initiative
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with phones, scheduling, QuickBooks or Jobber is a plus but not required
What We Offer:
Pay is $15-$19 an hour, based on experience
