The workshop is open Monday - Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with Friday workdays as needed.

Our team assembles and ships specialty dance products for resale online. There are multiple areas to be trained in related to assembly, prep, quality control, and shipping.
Assembly techs are cross-trained in multiple areas. The position requires skilled use of your hands, possibly soldering, use of small and/or medium hand tools, and becoming familiar with the variety of products assembled to assist with quality control steps. Attention to detail is a must.
Please highlight qualifications you have that relate to assembly, electronics, or shipping. Experience with small electronics assembly, detailed craftwork, or soldering is a plus.

We are looking for:
Good hand-eye coordination, ability to create consistent results in work produced, ability to be cross-trained in multiple areas.
Comfortable using small and/or medium sized hand tools.
Comfortable using Windows computers.
Ability to follow and maintain training directions in detail to ensure product consistency.
Ability to focus under pressure and flex into Assembly, Prep, Shipping or other trained tasks as needed to react to business demands.
Keeping a relaxed, positive, and professional attitude, while still maintaining a high attention to detail and staying on task.
