Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist and Automatic Screw Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating a variety of machinist tools, specifically including Davenport and Browne & Sharpe automatic screw machines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain CNC machines and automatic screw machines.
Set up and adjust machines to ensure optimal performance.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Ensure precision and quality in all manufactured parts.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist and Automatic Screw Machine Operator.
Familiarity with Davenport and Browne & Sharpe automatic screw machines.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $80,000 negotiable depending on experience
