Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in a multifaceted role as a Creative Vehicle Wrap Designer, Customer Service Representative, and Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of artistic talent, customer service skills, and sales acumen to drive success in all aspects of the position.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their branding objectives and design custom vehicle wrap concepts that effectively communicate their message and enhance their brand visibility.
Utilize graphic design software and tools to create captivating and visually appealing vehicle wrap designs that meet client specifications and exceed expectations.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design, production, and installation process, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and resolution of any concerns or issues.
Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and networking, to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Educate clients on the benefits of vehicle wraps as a cost-effective advertising solution and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our portfolio of work and demonstrating how our solutions can meet their needs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of high-quality vehicle wraps.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software.
