Location: On-Site (33607)

Schedule: Mon-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM

Montanez Law Firm is a real estate law firm located in West Tampa, FL and serving clients in the greater Tampa Bay Area and beyond. We are committed to serving property owners and real estate professionals in legal matters related to their properties. The law firm handles a variety of real estate legal needs including:

Landlord/Tenant, including lease drafting and review, lease disputes, unlawful detainer and ejectment actions, and evictions

Residential and commercial real estate transactions, litigation, and closings

Property owner disputes, including partition actions, boundary disputes, easements, and right of way and access issues

Foreclosure litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Deed drafting, review, and reformation

Title disputes including quiet title actions, code enforcement violations and liens, escrow disputes, and title claims and defects

Attorney-led and supervised title closing services including commercial and residential real estate sales and refinances

Summary: Paralegal will be responsible for assisting the firm's 3 attorneys in scheduling, drafting legal documents, and running a positive client experience.

Duties may include but not be limited to:

Greet and assist all visitors to the office

Ensuring all client phone calls, texts and emails are addressed in a timely manner

Maintain tidiness of client facing areas and individual workspace

Conduct intake calls and schedule consultations

Managing calendars for members of the firm and the conference room

Managing incoming and outgoing mail

File management (electronic and paper files)

Assist office manager in managing office inventory

Assist in preparation for team meetings

Attend marketing events

Create marketing content for social media and website

Assist with title closings when needed

Skills/Experience:

Bilingual in Spanish and English STRONGLY preferred

2 years of law firm experience

Proficient in cloud based and word processing software (ie. Google Docs)

Experience in customer service is preferred
