Seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years’ experience to handle all aspects of cases, including initial case review, pre-suit litigation, drafting pleadings and motions, research, conducting depositions, handling discovery, communicating with clients, and attending hearings. Salary commensurate with experience.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
At least 1-3 years’ experience in litigation. Experience in personal injury litigation preferred but not required.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and public speaking skills.
Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
