We are seeking out Lawn Formen and supervisors with experience. Our aim is to employ fast paced individuals with quality level performance. Advancement opportunities are available within the company.
Our work schedule is Monday - Friday and we start at 6:30. Trucks tend to head back in between 4-4:30 once the days list is done. Routes can be completed in 4- 4.5 days depending on one's proficiency level. One still gets paid for a full week even if work is finished early. Our pay system is highly advantageous for those who are fast paced. Saturday work is optional an donly if work carries over for any reason.
We seek formen with 4 years or more of experience and supervisors that have minimum of 5/6 years of experience. The employee must be drug free, fast paced, skilled in all facets of Lawn maintenance, and work well in 2-3 person crews.
Wages determined on skill set and truck route. We bring you in and send you with a crew for 1 day. Starting Pay is then determined based on skills and pace.
