Porter Responsibilities:
PORTER SERVICES
DAILY SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED:
1. Empty all trash cans, replacing liners nightly or when can is ½ full or more
2. Hand pick and remove debris from all paved areas/sidewalks, dumpster enclosures, fence lines, lawns, landscape beds, planter boxes, etc. around entire shopping center. (Special attention will be given to areas where debris is likely to accumulate e.g. curbs, storm drains, high traffic areas and windblown corners.)
3. Wipe down all trash cans, window frames, storefront ledges
4. If Cigarette Urns are on the property, clean out buts and trash
5. Inspect and spot clean vacant storefront windows as needed. Make sure leasing signs are straight and secure.
6. Clean up any food spills and clean with bleach & water as they occur.
8. Blow all leaves that are on the sidewalks and/or that are accumulated throughout the property.(blower provided)
9. Clean all dumpster corals front and back. Do not leave any trash or leaves piled up behind the bins.
WEEKLY SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED:
1. Remove all cobwebs/spider nests under canopy, around light fixtures and throughout walkways
2. Wipe down all tenant under canopy signs
3. Clean interior/exterior of all vacant windows & make sure leasing signs are secure.
4. Remove all cobwebs from inside vacancies and broom sweep.
5. Inspect vacancies for sewer smell
6. Removal of large debris such as pallets, mattresses, furniture, etc. ( let your boss know and he will pick up)
7. Perform visual inspections of properties. Notify Property Manager of any safety hazards or emergencies, immediately (broken windows, sinkholes, damaged building, accidents, fire, etc.).
Any other observations are to be called in.
