We are hiring a Painting Helper with experience in painting and drywall work.
Requirements:
Experience in Painting & Drywall—Prior experience in exterior and interior painting is important. Any additional skills with drywall, pressure washing, or woodwork are a plus. Ability to tape, mud, sand, and paint with attention to detail.
Physically Capable – Must perform physically demanding tasks, long hours, good with heights, ladders, lifting materials, and handling tools.
Reliable Transportation – We operate in Hillsborough, Pinellas & Manatee County. Having a reliable transportation method is important.
Punctual and Dependable – Being on time and meeting deadlines is crucial for our team’s success.
Follows Instructions Well – Must be able to follow directions and work well under supervision, and we are open for workers' inputs.
Attention to Detail – Quality is everything. Messing up with one client, means the potential loss of all their community too. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and ensures every job is done to high standards.
English Speaking – Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Other languages are a plus.
Team Player – Willing to assist and collaborate with other team members to get the job done efficiently.
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in painting and drywall jobs or trim work.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the trade.
Flexibility to work different shifts or extended hours if necessary.

Payment: Starting at $19-20 per hour, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
