About the Role
We’re expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our installation team! Whether you're a seasoned pro with years of car wash equipment experience, or a hands-on learner with no experience but a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
As a Car Wash Installer Technician, you’ll be responsible for building and setting up cutting-edge tunnel systems, plumbing, low voltage , complete vacuum systems and POS systems. You’ll work with a skilled team, and take pride in bringing each wash site to life.
Positions Available:
Experienced Installer
- 2+ years in car wash equipment installation
- Familiar with tunnel systems, Chemical Delivery Systems, RO/spot-free systems, reclaim systems and pneumatic systems.
-Conveyor installations
- Can read site blueprints and manage installs with minimal supervision
- Leadership potential a plus
Entry-Level Installer (We Train!)
- No experience necessary — just a solid work ethic and willingness to learn
- Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools
- Opportunity to grow into a lead tech role with full training provided
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely use ladders, lifts, and tools
- Willingness to travel as needed (
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
