Leaders Furniture is one of the largest Family-Owned casual furniture retailers in North America with 19 retail showrooms throughout Florida. We are searching for a Maintenance worker to work as an assistant to our Lead Maintenance Technician. You would be performing general maintenance and repairs at our Distribution Center in Largo and travel to our retail stores located throughout Florida.
Job Duties:
Perform light electrical and plumbing tasks.
Replace or repair lighting fixtures and ballasts.
Repair walls and/or floors.
Interior and exterior painting.
Operate or work from a boom truck, workout of baskets, lifts, scaffolding and perform work while on ladders.
Building repairs and repairs to customer homes as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Valid Driver License with a clean driving record.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Skilled in using hand and power tools.
Positive attitude
Willingness to report to work on time and ready to work.
Desire to learn and develop skills to take on increased responsibility.
