The Role
We want a talented, enthusiastic maintenance technician to join our team and take on the responsibilities of handling our Florida locations. WakeRack operate locations in Tampa, Hernando Beach, Dunedin, Wauchula and Madeira Beach. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining all locations. This job does involve a lot of driving so reliable transportation is required. The first weeks schedule is going to be busy, after that you can set your own schedule.
Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, location owners/operators, and city officials to ensure smooth operation of rental services.
Maintenance Schedule: Maintain a rigorous schedule for equipment and storage locker maintenance.
Strategic Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, product and service development, strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Basic maintenance experience required
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with the outdoor recreation industry is a plus.
Reliable transportation required.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
