Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking part time (20 hours weekly) and full time (40 hours weekly) Maintenance Technicians in Pinellas County.
Brief Job Description:
Perform routine janitorial and maintenance duties in order to maintain and preserve the physical integrity and appearance of the common areas of the property. The technician will conduct building maintenance repairs and be responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, facilities, streets and equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, light cleaning, plumbing, electrical repairs, fire protection, life safety and all other building systems. Will Train
Requirements:
Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Pass pre-employment drug test & criminal background check.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Good verbal communication skills.
CPO certification a plus but not required.
