Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Crew Leader Assistant to join our dynamic team. This vital role supports the crew leader in maintaining efficient operations on the job site and fosters effective communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure team members are working efficiently and safely
Address and resolve issues in the field, ideally presenting solutions along with problems
Facilitate communication between jobs via our group messaging app
Come prepared daily with food, water, and necessary supplies for the workday
Support the crew leader in maintaining a positive work environment
Performance Review & Future Opportunities:
There will be a formal performance review at 60 days to discuss your progress, pay, and future growth opportunities within the company. This review allows us to recognize your contributions and plan your career development with First Class Grass.
