Janitorial / Light Maintenance

We are looking for a janitorial professional to work Monday & Thursday. 7AM to 11AM. We also need Thursdays 12-PM to 3PM. Responsibilities include emptying trash receptacles, placing solid waste container to the curb, cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, replacing light bulbs, security checks, take meter readings, walk the grounds, use a leaf blower and other various janitorial duties. Excellent supplemental opportunity for someone that is close to the area. Reliable transportation a must. This is a direct hire position that starts immediately.
