Hiring:
Experienced Animal Caretaker for Petting Zoo Farm
We are seeking an experienced animal caretaker for our petting zoo farm.
Duties include:
- Feeding animals
- Cleaning enclosures
- Administering medication
- Managing a deworming program
- Trimming goat hooves
- Keeping detailed medical records
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in animal care
- Self-starter
- Clean criminal record
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and well-groomed
- MUST be a team player
- Must love animal & children
- Friendly & good customer service skills
Details:
- Weekly pay (1099)
- 90-day probation period with a raise after 90 days
- Start $18 per hour
Hours:
Saturday & Sunday,
8AM to 6PM
Monday thru Wednesday,
8AM to 3PM
- Must live within a 30-minute radius of the farm.
- Primarily farm animals, with some exotics
