PART TIME to FULL TIME Direct Care Staff positions in a Residential Group Home for teenage BOYS some with behavior issues, nothing too serious. Smaller Group home only 6 boys. STRONG MALE ROLE MODELS PREFERRED but not necessary. Compensation is $15 - $17 per/hr depending on experience. 20+ hours a week including nights, weekends and holidays and on-call. Very easy job, not much to do other then to supervise the boys are doing what they are supposed to. Help us shape these young men into successful happy healthy adults!

MUST HAVE:
1. High School Diploma
2. Valid Drivers License
3. Ability to pass and pay $75 for a Level 2 background screening. NO FELONIES ($75 Will be reimbursed on your first check)
4. Experience working with children preferred, but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.
5. MUST be able to effectively manage children with behavior issues, will train.
6. MUST BE SELF MOTIVATED,VERY DEPENDABLE AND DEDICATED.
