We are currently seeking an individual who is willing to get his hands dirty and learn and grow with our small site prep and demolition company! We primarily do site preparation for driveways, pools, and residential homes. We have also recently began demoing garages and homes. If you’ve ever wanted to work in construction, learn how to tear down buildings or learn how to operate machinery, this is a great way to start.
Our potential candidates will be hard working team players who are willing to start as demolition/construction field labor. This involves working with shovels, chop saws, jackhammers, chainsaws, along with other hand tools. After 3 months with the company, we will begin training you on the skid steer and have a training plan to learn the excavator as well. Our usual work week is 35-45 hours (including overtime pay).
We are looking for team players who must have reliable transportation to/from job site and a clean license. Most jobs are completed within a day and we work the entire day until the job is done, not an arbitrary time set like ending at 4:00 or 5:00, although we never work at night.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift 7-8 am to 5-7 pm
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime occasionally
- Weekend availability (about 1 Saturday a month)
Work crews are generally 2 - 5 employees per crew. Proper PPE is given to all employees.
