FALL ROUTE: 9/28 – 11/18: Montgomery, AL; Pensacola, FL; Jacksonville, FL
REQUIREMENTS
GENERAL: 18 Years or Older
Drug and Criminal Offense Screening
Character & Aptitude Screening
Valid US ID and SS Card or US Work Authorization/Visa
REQUIREMENTS
POSITION SPECIFC:
(I) General Helper: Proficient in use of basic tools and general trades. Trainable in restaurant & concessions operations (Food Prep, Dishwashing & Cleaning, Cooking, Expediting)
(II) General Helper & Driver: Requirements in section (I) + Must have valid Driver License and experience towing a trailer behind one of our pick up trucks
(III) Line Cook: Minimum 1-Year Experience, preferably in a “Fine Dining” or similar brick and mortar establishment. Will train the right individual.
COMPENSATION: Contract Pay. Based on position and experience
$2,250 - $3,600 + Bonus – Summer route (3 Weeks)
$4,500-$7,200 = Bonus – Fall route (6 Weeks)
OTHER: On site lodging, meals, laundry services provided. Travel expenses limited to getting to us at the beginning of the route and getting home at the end. Travel expenses reimbursed to those who complete their contract. Off season lodging and work available for those who complete their contract and demonstrate exceptional moral compass and integrity.
