Job Responsibilities:
Apply lawn and ornamental treatments including fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides
Identify and diagnose common turf and landscape problems (weeds, pests, diseases)
Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate service records and follow application guidelines
Communicate professionally with customers regarding services and lawn care tips
Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean and in good working condition
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication and customer service skills
Previous experience in lawn care or pesticide application is a plus (but willing to train the right person)
Florida Pesticide Applicator License is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
