We are looking for a full time driver & assistant technician with flexible weekday availability. The ideal candidate would be a positive, upbeat individual who is able to problem solve and take initiative to get work done. Attention to detail is a must. Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record and able to pass a background check. Must be comfortable driving a trailer and able to work outside for long periods of time (we generally walk 4 to 9 miles a day while working). Starting pay is $16/hr. while training and up to $20/hr.+ after with ability to earn commission.
Elite Home Services is an Exterior Cleaning & Landscape Company looking for Lead Tech & general laborers to perform weekly landscape & grass cutting for our commercial stores and pressure washing / exterior cleanings! We are looking for 2 experienced candidates that like to work on their own & take pride in the work they do.
Services our company offers for Residential & Commercial:
Gutter Cleaning
Window Cleaning
Pressure / Soft Washing
Stain Removal
Paver Sealing
Landscape Projects
Tree Trimming / Removal
Responsibilities:
1.Pressure / Soft Wash Driveways, Pavers, Houses, Lanais, Dumpster Pads
2. Paver Cleaning, Sanding, Sealing (we will teach you our process
3. Operate all equipment & perform basic duties such as keep trucks & cans filled with gas
4. Every Monday we have a commercial Lawncare / Landscape route that starts around 5-6 AM, there are 5 stores that have small areas of grass that need cut, pick up any trash in the parking lot, & put down any mulch if there’s low areas. Each store takes about 30 minutes, you will be paid for a full day on Monday even though you probably wont work 8 hours.
35-40 hours per week, every week.
