Looking for an individual with some knowledge in sheet rocking, basic electrical and plumbing, painting and framing. (Will train right person as long as you some basic knowledge) May include roof inspections along with general property maintenance. Must be responsible, have reliable transportation, good communication skills and time management. Need someone I can depend on at job site. This is a full-time Monday - Friday 7 am to 3 pm job.
