Seeking a part-time cleaner for furnished apartment properties with long-term renters and short-term guests in the TAMPA BAY area. You will clean individual rooms, studios, small to medium apartments, building common spaces, etc. During the cleaning, you will perform any or all the following tasks: laundry, bed making, organize the apartment, wiping surfaces, dishwashing, interior window cleaning, checking to see that everything is functioning, etc.
Locations will depend on where you live.
Cleanings will mostly be from 11 am-4 pm, 3-5 days per week.
Please confirm your availability and we work from there.
Payment:
Supplies: Reimbursement of all approved expenses supported by receipts.
Requirements:
- Should have previous cleaning experience
- Must have access to train/bus, or a car or truck.
- Must have smartphone to use our cleaning app and upload photos/videos.
- Must live in area Tampa within 30 minutes drive
