We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Debris Monitors. In this critical role, you will be essential in overseeing the compliance and effectiveness of debris collection and removal processes, ensuring that all operations adhere to relevant government and safety regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and document the debris removal process, ensuring alignment with local, state, and federal guidelines. This position is crucial for the success of community restoration efforts and serves as the foundational step for career progression within our organization. All higher-level positions, including Tower Monitors, Field Supervisors, and Data Clerks, are filled through promotion from this vital role.
Qualifications:
All employees must have:
Have Reliable Transportation
Employees are required to have dependable and consistent transportation to ensure timely arrival at work locations.
Valid Driver’s License
A current and valid driver’s license is mandatory for all employees.
Proof of Vehicle Insurance
Employees must provide proof of insurance for the vehicle they will be driving while performing job duties.
Personal Smartphone Requirement
Employees must be willing to use their personal smartphone for work-related activities, including:
Making and receiving phone calls
Using WhatsApp for communication
Downloading and utilizing required apps for work
Availability for Extended Work Hours
Employees should be prepared to work up to 7 days a week, with shifts lasting a minimum of 12 hours.
For safety purposes, employees are required to wear long pants, shirts with sleeves and collars, and work boots.
