Cleaning of condominium common areas and trash area.
This work must be done by an independent company, such as an LLC. We are not hiring an employee.
Our small 7-story 35-unit condominium building is looking for someone to clean all common areas 2x per week. Pay is $150 for each cleaning.
Based on past experience, it should take about 4 hours of work to accomplish the needed tasks. If they're done faster than that, it's still the same pay. If it takes you longer, it's still the same pay. We are paying to get the job done, not per hour.
Duties include:
- cleaning the dumpsters and floor area in the trash room, where trash comes down the chute
- lobby cleaning: mopping, dusting, window cleaning
- cleaning common touch points: door handles, walkway railings, elevator buttons, etc
- using leaf blower to clean outdoor common areas - walkways on each floor, BBQ grill area, pool deck
- sweep the floor in two stairways
- pick up any trash around the property
- clean inside the elevator, and elevator doors at each floor
Ideally, we would prefer to have the work done on Monday and Friday afternoons, which is after the trash pickup service has emptied the two dumpsters.
