We are searching for an experienced cleaner/cleaners to join our team. (part time)
We have several offices in Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes & Lutz that we are looking to hire for immediately. The offices need to be cleaned on Monday, Wednesday & Friday evenings. We will be hiring 2 or 3 people to handle different "routes". Most routes include 2-3 buildings each night. This position will begin immediately.
We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria
Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation.
Be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must be comfortable speaking with clients, if needed.
Self starter, who takes pride in their work.
Reliable.
Team player (willing to cover another building/route if needed).
Possess a smart phone.
Able to communicate with clients in an effective, polite manner.
Looking for pleasant individuals with positive attitudes.
Job duties will include cleaning offices. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to cleaning & sanitize bathrooms, kitchens/breakrooms, dusting, vacuum & mop floors, remove trash, clean glass etc
Payroll is twice per month on the 15th and the last day of the month.
Attention to detail is extremely important.
