We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician, Painter, and Prep Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing automotive vehicle bodies, preparing surfaces for painting, and applying paint to achieve high-quality finishes.
Responsibilities:
-Assess vehicle damage and determine repair needs.
-Remove damaged parts and panels.
-Straighten and align vehicle frames and body panels.
-Weld, bond, and repair damaged areas.
-Sand, grind, and smooth surfaces for painting.
-Fill and repair surface imperfections.
-Mask and tape off areas for painting.
-Clean and degrease surfaces.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in auto body repair, painting, and preparation.
-Strong attention to detail and quality.
-Ability to use various tools and equipment.
-Knowledge of safety procedures.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
