Scent of Heaven Cleaning Services LLC and GBM are looking for a person to assist a floor tech. Duties will consist of helping the floor tech along with:
Quarterly:
High dusting above 84"and below 144",
Clean storefront, door glass and partition glass.
Twice (2x) a Year:
Wash walls, entrances, lobbies, halls,
Clean supply return and exhaust air diffuser grills.
Also will be a Floater or fill in for a team member that will need a day off,
Floaters duties will be to clean the building for that night
empty trash, clean restrooms, dust, mop disinfect counter, etc.
Will be train for each building.
You will be a 1099 employee. Responsible for your own taxes.
Able to pass a level two background check. Work could begins as soon as 6:00 PM or as late as 9PM depending on when the building closes. Must be able to work on weekends if needed.
