Maintaining the cleanliness of the Association Grounds
Able to carry a backpack blower in FL summer heat
Able to lift up to 45lbs on a regular basis
Capable of using minor tools
Perform other duties as needed in relation to building and facility maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to learn assigned tasks and receive guidance on accomplishing them
Able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment
Be willing to be versatile with any task asked of you
Attention to detail
Have a professional appearance and demeanor.
Maintain a neat working environment.
Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and time management
Able to lift heavy materials, walk multiple flights of stairs, and work on safe balcony like environments.
Willing to undergo a background check and drug test
