Hello, I am Nikki, the owner of a small agency that provides NON-MEDICAL care services to seniors throughout Tampa Bay.

We are looking for THE BEST AND BRIGHTEST compassionate, reliable, flexible professional and experienced caregivers. To fill a need in the South Tampa Westshore Mall Tampa airport area.

The client's days and hours CHANGE EACH WEEK so flexibility or OPEN availability is a MUST have

Before we go any further.

YOU MUST HAVE A current driver's license and DRIVE and have your OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE IN WORKING ORDER like AC seat belts door locks for local transporting of a client. You will also need a clean driving record. You will be reimbursed for gas while using your vehicle along with your weekly paycheck. We are NO LONGER accepting applicants that do not have a valid current driver's license or who don't drive. Or anyone who doesn't have their own reliable insured transportation with working AC and seat ect. If this is you, STOP HERE this is NOT THE POSITION FOR YOU Thank you though.

We have AM SHIFTS 8AM-8PM as well as shorter shifts like 11AM-8PM available immediately We are in need of a caregiver in the South Tampa area near the Westshore Mall area. This client's days and hours change weekly but were in need of FEMALE DAYSHIFT caregivers.

Valid Driver's License (MUST BE VALID)

Car insurance card w/ you named as insured (MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR and be WILLING to transport client)

Social Security card (once we hire you)

Current CPR card (willing to obtain)

T.B. results or a chest Xray with negative PPD results (willing to obtain)

Covid Vaccination Card (if applicable)

Copy of CNA, HHA, CMA, LPN, RN license or MED TECH Certification

Reliable cell phone service. Most communication is through cell phone & email.

Level 2 Background Screening with (ELIGIBLE) status

Your availability (be as detailed as possible) state if it changes weekly

Direct Deposit information (once we hire you)

Pay Rate: $17Hr for CNA/HHA CMA, MED TECH etc.

Nurse Pay Rate: $21Hr+ for LPN's.

Pay Period: Runs weekly from Mon-Sun for example March 18-24, 2024

Pay Date: Every Friday paid direct deposit example: March 29, 2024. Some pay days may be delayed in the event of a major holiday. Then pay day would fall on the following Monday.

Gas Reimbursement: When you use your own vehicle to transport clients we will reimburse you for gas along with your weekly paycheck. Our clients usually travel close to their homes, maybe to church salon or the grocery stores.

Referrals: If you know someone who is a great caregiver that may be interested in working for us. Please let us know and if they are hired will pay you a referral fee.

For this SPECIFIC position We NEED FEMALE Caregivers who DRIVE & are EXPERIENCED with Dementia care. A caregiver who drives and does mind transporting clients when needed. A caregiver that enjoys being around pleasant seniors who may have pets and like watching movies or watching the news are into politics etc. Caregivers that will encourage clients to exercise when prescribed and can provide good conversation and more. Caregivers that can balance keeping clients engaged while maintaining the professionalism of working in someone's home. Caregivers who can relate to the client without divulging to much of their own personal information

That being said if you know YOUR UNABLE OR HAVE TROUBLE WITH:

- Being on time for your shift or a prone to car issues

- Interacting with the client their family or your coworkers cordially

- Don't have the availability for (8-12hour shifts) ex: 11AM-8PM or 8AM-8PM

- Not FLEXIBLE or no OPEN availability (REMEMBER the Hours/Days change weekly)

- Tend to talk or play on the phone/tablet all day

- Have to take several personal phones calls all day

- Have prior obligations or anything that would interfere with your schedule ex: family pets

- Trouble separating work & home and being professional. MEANING leaving your problems at home & NOT talking to clients about them. Clients are not therapist.

- Have been told or even let go due to you unfriendly or that you may be stressed out or burnt out

- You tend to use the silent treatment or other immature methods when you are upset

- Just looking to make some quick money

- Or IF you already work for us LOL
