We are looking for experienced front office coordinators and back office medical assistants. Our office offers primary care to patients with an overall wellness approach. Canidates for front office coordinator experience, should have knowledge of Medical Terminology, Excellent patient service, HIPPA compliance, Authorizations, Referrals, Maximize scheduling, collections of financials.
Canidates for our Medical Assistant should have advanced medical knowledge and have experience working in a primary care office environment. Phlebotomy experience is not a requirement, although full knowledge of laboratory including the following:
Urinalysis, A1C, Glucose monitoring, EKG, Vitals, Injections, Immunizations, Chart prep and coding.
