Registered Dental Hygienist Position
We are a small, well-established, family-owned dental practice who is looking for a friendly and reliable individual to work as a dental hygienist in our office 4 days/week. We are not an office that asks our hygienists to push/sell treatment.
Hours: 7:30am-5:30pm
Location: Tarpon Springs, FL
Pay rate: Competitive hourly rate plus bonuses for x-rays, etc depending on experience
Retirement and vacation pay benefits for full-time employment
Responsibilities would include:
Performing dental hygiene procedures including scaling and root planning as needed
Preparation and clean-up of your dental operatory
Taking digital radiographs when necessary
Educating patients on good oral hygiene habits
Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
Working within Patterson Eaglesoft software
Following proper infection control standards
Requirements:
Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program
Current state license/ X-ray certification/ CPR certification
